Resting heart beat means which position heart rate i need to measure 60 to 100. Sitting or laying down position.

Hi,Dr i have a question my heart rate 85-105(When I  measure it's shows avg 92-4) resting time. when I'm walking it goes upto 110-124. when I'm sleeping it's  58-74 . I don't have any feeling normally Im walking  5km doing yoga I don't have any issue .my bp also 111/68 .
