Is there anything wrong medically in taking a Combination tablet ( Cilacar 10+ Telmisartan 40 ) in place of separately prescribed Cilnidipine 10+Telmisartan 40 .Timing also same ( morning ). My physician is discouraging taking combination tablet as it may have reduced efficacy. However I am following the consulting doctor's advice still.

Hello doctor, i ve been told by the doctor to get an ECG done however i suffer from anxiety disorder due to which as soon as the ECG leads gets attached on my body, my heart beats goes past rapid 100 and above , body goes cold and it results in abnormal ECG irrespective of whether there is any heart issues. What can be done in this case ?? How do I get an ECG done?

I feel chest pain every day on my regular basis i have done my TMT test that results was negative I reached HR 173 (89%) my age is 26 female I have thyroid problem from past 5 years , I feel pain at above chest left side some times both sides I consulted dr he said everything is normal even though iam getting pain not in particular place I feel different places and it like sharp ,stabin pain it goes away with in seconds i feel very scared and anxious when I facing that pain what is the reasons behind the problem please give  advise .
