Some say below 120/80. I mean Every person and their body is different then how can everyone have bp around 120/80. Can 10-15mg more or less make any difference? I mean we are not robots right so that every time our bp should be 120/80.  And some says 100-140/60-90 is also normal. So what is correct And which readings need medication. Suppose if a person all heart test are normal (ecg, 2d echo, tmt, lipid) and has fluctuating bp (115-150/70-90) due to anxiety then how long can he try with diet modification or exercise before going for medication. And can anxiety bp Fluctuation really need medication? Also thought about taking ambp but anxiety about bp phobia is there so it might not help much and may lead to false hypertension diagnosis. Plz advice what to do.

My Echocardiogram report mentions MILD PAH ( TR Vmax 3.12 m/s TR max PG 39.05 mm HG ) MILD TR RV~39+RAP Echo taken due to ECG variation and mild breathlessness. Cardiologist said no problem for heart. But my primary physician told reason for MILD PAH is to be ruled out or is this age related? Kindly requesting your suggestion. My BP is in 145-150/95 range .

My LDL cholestrol increased to 199 and VLDL to 35, HDL 53 and  Total cholestrol 222 in my latest lipid profile test in May23. In Jan23 my LDL cholestrol was 146, VLDL was 18 and total cholestrol was 196. Can I reduce my cholestrol by lifestyle improvement or will I have to take statins?

I am feeling chest pain while sleeping . Having disturbed sleep. Is it heart attack symptoms?? Please provide suggestions

Hello Team Please help since i am in this problem from last 6 Months ... I had done 2D ECHO ... CHEST XRAY ... ECG on 24th April 2023 all are normal but still I have Left Chest pain ... Upper Back Pain and left hand pain ... I have consulted 2 Cardiologist they said everything thing is normal then why I still get chest pain that radiat on back and left hand ... Please give proper solution since i am suffering from same problem since last 6 months very fraustated

I take metoprolol and olmisartan for my rapid heart beats. Yesterday I checked my pulse it was around 63-64 and I started anxious why my heart beat is low. And suddenly I started feeling dizzy, more anxious and having limbs pain. I checked my BP it shoots to 156/134 and pulse 127. After 1 min it was 142/95 and by half an hour it was around 130/80 and normal heart beat but it caused pain in limbs and weakness for prolonged hours and then subsided. Today morning my BP was well under control 118/78. I had my Coronary Angiography and 2D Echo(mild LVH) 3 months back which came normal. So was it an anxiety episode or there is seriously wrong in my heart ?

After eating if i walk fast or climb stairs i got burni g sensation in throat and upperchest..How to avoid that..

I have been experiencing Palpitations ( Irregular Heart beats) from past  15 days. Due to which I am unable sleep properly at all. I have done couple of medical tests like ECG, BP and both were normal. Currently I am in meditation to treat my Sinus Infection (Sinusitis). I had been prescribed Montovent - LC tablets and Flutiways AZ nasal spray by ENT doctor a couple of months ago and have been taking them from past 50 days. So, please do clarify me whether or not this medication causing this palpitations?. Its affecting my sleep and feeling restlessness all the day. Thank you.

My left hand is hurting since 4 hours . There is no chest pain no shortness of breathing. 3 weeks back I checked my vitamin d and b that was way below level. This hand pain only occurred today. The pain is like sometime it aches a lot like a lot and subsides and goes and comes back . What should I do?
