I am feeling pain in my left chest while laying on it My echo has trivial TR and ecg is normal what to do next I am feeling pain in left chest and sometimes right as well and shortness of breath sometimes what is it ?

Respected sir Please guide us My mother is diabetic and hypertensive. She has edema in leg. Endocrinologist has suggested ctd 12.5 mg od but she developed mild hypokalemia 3.18 . He suggested to hold ctd and monitor BP. It's due to pioglitazone as per endocrinologist.so he stopped pioglitazone. Coronary angiography normal ( it's done in emergency because ECG changes occur) Echo normal Kidney profile normal Tsh normal Venous doplar is normal Ddimer is normal Lipid profile was normal CXR is normal Whom which specialist doctor we consult for my mother for hypertension and edema ( leg) . Please guide us. Should we consult DM  cardiology for it ? We would like consult cardiologist for hypertension and Leg swelling? Is it right specialist to consult for my mother's problems?

DOES 2.54 m/s tricuspid regurgitation lies in TRIVIAL CATEGORY OR MILD CATEGORY? PLEASE CHECK MY ECHO IF ITS NORMAL OR NOT ?

Hi, my ecg shows non specific t Abnormality, but echo is normal. I have attached the ecg. Is there anything to worry about? I had visited GP for severe headache.

Respected sir/ ma'am My mother is diabetic hypertensive patients. She is on below mentioned treatment Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg Atorvastatin clopidogrel Metformin gliclazide combination Sitagliptin She has ankle edema 15-20 ago so physician started chlorthalidone. Yesterday mummy has palpitations and nausea bloating chest burn, chest pain We went to trauma and ECG was done There is abnormality in ECG so physician suggested Coronary angiography so angiography is done. Angiography was normal. But for angiography cardiologist suggested few tests including Serum potassium and serum sodium Serum potassium value is 3.18 which is less than normal value..mild hypokalemia Is it because of diuretic or do we need to adjust dose or switch to other drug . What can we give to increase potassium level ? What are danger signs of hypokalemia so we can identify it and rush to hospital?? Please guide me sir Thank you sir

My LDL cholestrol is 198. HDL is 48. Triglycerides is 172. While I've usually been working out, avoid eating junk food and also a vegetarian, could this be hereditary or due to some other reason? (Non-smoker, ocassional drinker and weight 70kgs). Also, have been prescribed Rosuvas F-10 MG once daily. Is it safe to intake this medicine? Are there any side effects? Any other precautions to be taken?

My TR peak velocity is 2.54 m/s and in my report, its mentioned Trivial TR in my wife’s report , TR peak velocity is 2.59 m/s, and its mentioned mild TR what is this difference can anyone tell me 2.5 peak TR velocity is mild or trivial TR ?

Dear sir/mam My name is Pravesh Kumar Singh, last week I checked up the blood report, it is my triglyceride level 432 , total cholesterol 157 now Dr prescribed medicine lipirose F 10 daily 1 tablet at night, but my question is how can reduce without medicine triglyceride level because I am not  rich family, i am doing private job ( work from home) .
