Sir i don't have bp, sugar But in my 2D echo shows IVS thickness 11mm And Posterior wall thickness is 10mm. What is the reason behind it. Will it increase? Height 5,11 weight 97kg 24years

LDL=144 mg/dl TAG = 210 mg/dl Total = 223 mg/dl HDL = 37 mg/dl Non HDL = 186 mg/dl VLDL = 42 mg/dl Cholestrol: HDL = 6.03. LIPOPROTEIN(a) = 100 ESR = 16 HsCRP = 1.82mg/l She doesn't take any medications of any sort. Are the values dangerously bad? What should she do? I am very very worried. I've been having these symptoms for quite some time now, wherein my heart rate increases above 120 bpm and today it went to 148 bpm then within a minute slowly came down to normal range. All of this happened within a small time frame window. During this elevated heart rate we checked the bp was about 116 /91 and I also experienced stomach bloating and some gas sounds. This has been frequent with heart rate going a little beyond 120 bpm. I had previously check for ECG and echo and both came back normal. I am 29 years old and weight 120Kg. I wanted to check why this is happening ?

Age 30 Symptoms: Woke up and felt mild nerve pain on left side of chest when breathing. The pain is very mild like pinched nerve. Went to walk and felt the pain is increasing and decreasing in cycles. Have mild burping. Past: Anxiety issues Got ECG and 2d echo done... Attaching reports. Need evaluation because after coming home as well, it feels like minor nerve pinching (positional or when I breathe deep) and having palpitations.
