Iam experiencing sudden sharp pain under left breast is this heart related,could you provide a solution for this.

Hello dr wen i lift my hands are wen i breath fastly i get pain near left side of chest upper side not in center of chest I am worried. This is not first time it keeps on coming and going again in few day it will come

I have been facing chest discomfort, mild pain sometimes at left side chest... So I visited cardiologist he done test like ECG, 2d echo and TMT which is normal... He told me I am suffering from gastric problem ... He prescribed me  medicines ... I took that medicines the chest discomfort subsided... But from yesterday it started again ... Should I continue that medicines??? Plz reply
