Chest pain reason??... Especially pain located at left side chest where armpit and left side chest connected ... Recently I got ECG,2D echo and TMT 25 days back which is normal...what might be the cause??? Please suggest the solution

I went through treadmill test for a term insurance and got a rejection due to positive findings of TMT test. They said report is positive due to ST T changes in inferior leads V3-V6. Could you please confirm if the attached reports also suggests so. If it's positive, could you please tell me if it's mild, moderate or strong positive.

Hello dr since last year I seeing changes on my bp i too have migraine since 2 years, my bp on normal days is 130/90 and sometimes tat is wen i have gastric pain headache wen i che vk my bp it's show 160/100 . After few minutes it shows 140/90 . Since last year I have seen my bp shows high 5 to 8 times I have Abosreved changes in my bp. My question is should I start bp medication are it is ok. I have done ecg, echo, and tmt all report are normal so i am worried tat i should take bo medication. I am still 33 years and dont want to go for bp medication now itself. Plz give any suggestions

Hi It's been a month since I'm suffering from cough. Doctor checked my pulse rate and he said I'm having high pulse rate. I monitored my heart rate with digital watch and it is 105. Is it considered too high. What should I do to lower my pulse rate?

Sir I am 69 years male , I have around 135/70, Hba1c is 6.2, total cholesterol 223, Ldl 149,  Hdl 36.9 and Triglycerides 199. I am taking Metformin 500mg, once with breakfast, Telmisa 20, in the morning, aspirin 75mg and Rosuvas 5 mg, at night since one month.  Is it ok or I have to change the medications. Pl advice.

In September 2021, I have done Echocardiography. The result was "good left ventricular systolic function with reduced diastolic compliance. no pulmonary arterial hypertension." And the LVEF was 61%. Today (19/04/23) I have done Echo again and the result is "good left ventricular systolic function with adequate diastolic compliance. no pulmonary arterial hypertension." And the LVEF is 63%. I am taking Roseday 10 Tablet regularly from September 2021 and totally quited smoking and consuming ghee from September 2021. Is it possible to reverse the diastolic dysfunction and increament of LVEF?

I got this ECG one year ago. But still i feel chest pain and gabrahat. And can I go to gym now please help
