Hi Doctor My Cardiologist Advices me to Using Ciplar La 40mg For Anxiety And Sinusthaychicardia I would like to know is INDERAL LA 40 MG Is Same Effective As CIPLAR LA 40 MG Or Can I Use Any Of Proponolol 40 MG Once In A Day And I Have Im using Telma 40 mg for Blood Pressure Once A Day, Please Do Advice Thanks in Advance 🙏 FYI My My ECG Was WNL And BP Was 123/80 And Pul Was 99 Per Minute Please Do Advice Me Which Will Suit Me As Pharmacist Given Me INDERAL LA 40 Mg. 🙏

I am 28 years old few days back i did liver fibroscan and on that they found fatty liver grade 2 and on notes it's written ongoing congestive cardiac failure ....what does it means can you explaine what to do ??

I am given Concor 5 mg at night after having found Ascending Aorta dilation in Echo (46mm ). Already taking Cilacar T at morning for hypertension. After starting Concor feeling very dizzy at early morning. HR in 45-55 range but in afternoon again Palpitation will start with Heart rate 95+ Will it be ok  to stop Concor or reduce dosage or change to other medicine. BP in the range of 140/90

So can i take Arjuna tablets and Patanjali hridyamrit vati along with my allopathic medicine. Please advice because generally allopathic doctors ask not to take any ayurvedic medicine.

Complaining left chest racing causing sleep awakening due to chest discomfort. Went for Echo test & found Mild TR and PAH. Does this chest discomfort is something serious? Need to know Mild TR and Mild PAH is curable? Also IAS mentioned has Breach in continuity, no blood flow accross? Did 2D echo 3 thrice before in last 9month, everything was normal. No such abnormalities. Doctor suggest TEE to do after this report.. is it of concern? Attached ECHO Reports
