Sudden dizziness

Hi, Sometimes post running , post cycling ,walking in a hurry ,post doing exercise or any other dynamic activity i feel dizzy and lightheaded. Can it be due to any heart issues or just A normal Ent issue? I performed Ecg of heart and the observation was sinus rhythym with criteria for left ventricular hypertrophy.. i performed a Eng test for ear and there was a right peripheral lesion .there is no issue with my brain.
