Need to know Mild TR and Mild PAH is curable? Also IAS mentioned has Breach in continuity, no blood flow accross Did 2D echo 3 thrice before, everything was normal Doctor suggest TEE to do after this report.. is it of concern?

Since last two years I have consulted various cardiologists and gastrologists.Done ECG ,Stress echo , Lipid profile,Holter test but all are normal. I was COVID positive and H Pylori postive two years back in apr 2021.Since then I get heart palpitations specially lying at bed.I feel my heartbeat fluttering after taking turns while lying at bed or if suddenly standing.Cardilogists has advised me that I don't have any heart problem and I needed some brisk walking.Gastrologist said i hv IBS.Finally i hv been referred to a psychiatrist.I m consulting him for last one month. he has given me pexep Cr and lonazep tablet.I m feeling better.But i m still worried for my health .What to do ?

On 23rd Jan I had a bad chest pain and rapid heartbeat. I was rushed to hospital. I had 2D Echo, Coronary Angiography and trop T which can normal. Angiogram has myocardial bridge in LAD which was told as benign by cardiologist and got discharged with Metropolol and Olmisartan as I have BP Issues. But for previous month or so I have been suffering from lightheadedness , intermittent chest pains and rapid heartbeat quite often. On 9th March I again went to ER as I felt lightheaded and my BP was 160/90. I had ECG and trop T again and it came normal. After that I have been living with this thing. Whenever I take stairs and whenever I'm stressed or angry I get dizzy and chest aches. Is this due to myocardial bridge? What is happening? Am I having non obstructive CAD ? I'm so frustrated. My angiography report on 23rd January and ECG on 9th March is attached for your reference,
