I'm having dizziness, chest pain, and sometimes vibrations around my heart. I'm taking anxiety and depression medicines but the symptoms are not going away what test should I do?

Hi i did a routine ECG today due to stress It shows the following results Sinus rhythm Left atrial enlargement Long pr internal Id everything normal?

I got my 2d echo and it shows concentric LVH, otherwise everything is normal. No BP Diabetic since 10+ years. (Under medication gemer 1 as of now) Recent ECG report shows Left Anterior Fascicular(hemi) Block. My resting HR sometimes is 55bpm during sleep. But mostly it is in the range of 60-75bpm. What is the treatment and how to cure or control this ? Also a doubt.. Does nose blockage caused by polyps or sinusitis lead to extra workload on the heart (due to breathing problem) and cause this ?

Total Serum: 225 , I run and everything fine. I stop running then such alterations in lipid profile is there. Rest all Body Tests are fine. When i run like hell for one week all Tests fine. But i need to be extreme strict. Can liver medications like Liv 52 etc. work to control cholestrol?

Having low heart rate especially before sleeping. While trying to sleep waking up feeling like heart is stopping kind of feeling. And my heart rate goes to 45 while trying to sleep. And during day time while sedentary that while resting and awake it goes till 57 sometimes. Is it normal Doctor ? Done ECG , echo and holter
