Chest burning
My dad had chest burning two weeks ago it was severe and pain was happening when he used to yawn also we did an ecg it was normal echo was normal 6 months back tmt was also normal we went to pulmonoligist also he said your lungs are fine it is gastric related now burning isn't happen but sometimes what happens whenever goes by train something like pull happens  in chest nothing else he has newly diagnosed diabetes with hba1c 8.4 and creatinine 1.4

If the pain is exertional, it may be related to the heart. Exertional chest discomfort which increases on exercise and is relieved at rest could be angina. In diabetics, often overt symptoms of angina may be masked.
