I MY BP NORMAL

Asked for Male, 41 Years

Dear Sir, My BP stays in normal levels around 110-130/65-80 when i do it at home with my OMRON BP monitor. But at doctors office the systolic BP goes high around 150 -160 but the diastolic also remains below 80. Actually at doctors office i get nervous. Do i have BP . Please guide. Regards, Piyush

You seem to be having white collar hypertension. Try measuring your BP at different times of the day and check the results. Best wishes.
