I am 50years old .due to heart attack I have done angioplasty with stent last dec2022.mybecoho report as follows Dilated lv,lv dysfunction ef40. Suggest to improve ef .

What causes heart enlargement? Is this caused by high blood pressure, anxiety or something else? I am not sure medicines alone can suffice.
