Heart Problems & Remedies

From last 10 years i hav been using metxl 50 daily 1 tablet for BP and tachycardia due to anxiety. Recently 6 months back my heart beat increased to 120 and i visited cardiologist he seen ECG, 2decho and he prescribed linderal la 20  morning 1 night 1 in place of metxl 50. Now I am feeling comfortable and BP is normal and not having any anxiety. shall i continue inderal or shift back to metxl. How to reduce the dose. Bcoz i am getting frequent tiredness and fatigue. Or any alternate medicine to try to reduce fatigue.

My wife us having chest discomfort and anxiety from past 4-5 days. Too much weakness and muscles pain, got the blood test done , there is Vit d and b12 deficiency, vitamin D -8.7 and b12 is <125, pls suggest

Dear sir/mam, I have triglycerides always high after covid. I am doing so much for this however it doesn't decrease. You can see my report before 3 month. Bcz of 540 doctor prescribed me torvason F-10 for 3 months. I have taken this medicine regularly for 3 months. However my in my last report is is already high also VLDL is high. So, what to do now??

Hi... I did EEG (referred by doctor) and it showed sinus trachycaria. I recently started to worry a lot regarding my health and I get anxious. An ECHO was also suggested which I did and the result showed all are normal except "impaired Diastolic Compliance". So now I am worried about this, sometimes I feel my heart rate increases whenever I go to sleep. Kindly help me if there is something to be worried about the ECHO findings??? Thank you

On a routine checkup ECG has LAFB. Echo TMT normal. What precautions should be taken for LAFB Pls give your valuable advice.

I have some problems like mild headache and mild heart beat high, 2 month ago i have face panic attack, then i have seen psychologist, now panic attack stop but, some problems like heart beat high and like head feeling pressure or pain. Heart can cause headache?? And doctor tested echo of my heart and lvef 69 it's mean my heart don't have any problem?? What to do?? Which doctor i have to consult??help sir

I underwent TMT stress test as required for term insurance. However I got a rejection mail from term insurance company stating my TMT is positive. I am attaching my reports here. Please see in evaluation report it's mentioned negative but doctor has hand written positive over it. Could u please confirm if it's negative or positive.

Done all heart tests ecg, 2d echo, chest x ray, tmt, lipid, lft all are normal. then why did it happen? also it happens once in a while when I laugh not all the time.

My left side of chest hurts while breathing and my left upper back is paining since last 2 months. Sometimes I feel like my breathing will stop. Especially when I sit in the bathroom . It has been a month. Kindly advise

Hi Doctor Frequently I'm having high heart rate . Suddenly feel palpitations and it goes down in few minutes. Yesterday night while sleeping around 2 am my watched captured 120bpm for a minute . Sometimes when I'm idle it goes to 50 . And from morning I'm having high heart rate even while sitting. I didn't get proper sleep yesterday. I have taken ecg, echo and holter. Everything is normal. Except pvcs . Not sure what is the issue with me .Attached reports.
