Does CECT thorax cover CAD check?

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Last year I had chest pain near heart. Doctor performed CECT chest. I am attaching report here. I want to know whether my heart was checked for coronary artery disease or not? It says heart and great vessels of mediastinum are normal and other details are there. I am stressed as i always have fear of having heart issue. But my ECG and Echo was normal. Please help me to understand this.

No CECT chest cannot rule out Coronary Artery Disease. For that we need a TMT and CT Coronary Angiography or a conventional coronary angiography.
