Pain in left chest and back near heart
I feel chest pain in my left side from last 3 days Last week I suffered with gastric problem One month back I tested blood sugar lipid cholesterol and urinal test all are normal But now I feel discomfort in my left side chest,upper left side, near low ribs and back also near heart It lasts for 1 min every 10 min To day I felt pain in my left hand knuckle also Some times I feel dizziness after get up from chair Is it cardio pain or gastric problem Due to lockdown I could not be able to visit any hospital

It is not heart related...appears to be harmless muscle pain..may advise a pain killer medication if it not bearable...if you have gastritis ..will need medication for it.

Take  tab mob Mr twice daily for 5 days. Tab pan d once daily for 5 days Report after that

Hello, Your pain does not seem cardiac in origin. Looks like a simple muscular or gastritis related pain. For now, avoid handling heavy objects, avoid heavy meal at a time , instead have small frequent meals. Do not lie down immediately after having a meal. If the pain does not subside after this, consult online directly for medications Take care. Stay safe
