Plz check my ecg I feel palpitations Stress level very high I feel anxiety nervousness bp normal always

Routine TMT test found positive ST depression. No pain while exercising. Is this serious. Cholesterol within range. TG-271. Pls advice.

My blood pressure is 130/70 Pulse rate in between 90and 99 I used digital machine to measure Should I visit doctor for treatment or i am normal.

My BP is 145/95. Triglyxerides 205, HDL 50.7. LDL 118.5. Total Cholestrol 191. From past couple of days, I am feeling heaviness in my head and pain in my hand fingures. No alcohol, no smoking, pure vegetarian but eating fast food. No exercise. I am not on medication. Please suggest if this can be reverted by only lifestyle changes or I should go for medication as well? Thanks in advannce.

130/70 is it normal blood pressure at 23 years old age pulse rate 88..should I be concerned about this
