Having low heart rate especially before sleeping. While trying to sleep waking up feeling like heart is stopping kind of feeling. And my heart rate goes to 45 while trying to sleep. And during day time while sedentary that while resting and awake it goes till 57 sometimes. Is it normal Doctor ? Done ECG , echo and holter

I have recently got a annual health checkup done.. where my Lipid profile has gone abnormal... HDL- 32.2 LDL - 104.4 VLDL- 57.40 CHOL /HDL ratio- 6.02 LDL/HDL - 3.24 Total serum cholesterol - 194 Triglycerides - 287 Although my ECG and TMT were normal... I am concerned because sometimes I have a very mild chest pain and also heart rate increases ..( I also have cardiophobia as I keep thinking bout heart)

Hi Can ECG detect a blocked artery , are there any signs on the ECG. I had a ECG 2 weeks ago and I don't know if my heart is ok. I was asked to get more tests like pro-NT-BNP , insulin resistance , lipid , kft to get a full picture. Please suggest.

I want to be sure my heart health, so I did Lipid profile 12hrs fasting test. Result are :- total cholesterol - 143 mg/dl Triglycerides - 79 mg/dl HDL Cholesterol - 49mg/dl LDL cholesterol - 78.2mg/dl Non HDL cholesterol - 94mg/gl VLDL Cholesterol - 15.8 mg/dl Chol/HDL ratio - 2.92 Should I go for others imagine tests or these results are sufficient to be sure that all is OK.

When I try to put my right leg on left and try to sit with both legs fold , sometimes it causes uneven feeling in my legs and in middle part of my chest in left portion and it feels like something gets stuck in left portion of my body, when this feeling occurs , i also feel breathlessness and little bit of dizziness too. Why it's happening, please tell me
