Which beta blocker is best in terms of having the lowest  water retention.  Bisoprolol or Nebivolol ?

I have my lipid reports done, it shows my triglycerides levels at 199, doctor said i don't need to take any medicine, but have healthy food, low fat low carb diet, i want to know can i have peanut butter and egg whites in my diet? If yes then how much?

I am given Concor 5 mg at night after having found Ascending Aorta dilation in Echo (46mm ). Already taking Cilacar T at morning for hypertension. After starting Concor feeling very dizzy at early morning. HR in 45-55 range but in afternoon again Palpitation will start with Heart rate 95+ Will it be ok  to stop Concor or reduce dosage or change to other medicine. BP in the range of 140/90

Does attached ecg is normal, showing st elevate and early repolarisation? What it mean?

Im diagnosed with 40% LVEF for which im advised to take cidmus and Met xl tablets. My doctor told me that my heart muscle is weak. Ive heard that Arjuna tablets strengthens heart muscle. So can i take Arjuna tablets and Patanjali hridyamrit vati along with my allopathic medicine. Please advice because generally allopathic doctors ask not to take any ayurvedic medicine.

Complaining left chest racing causing sleep awakening due to chest discomfort. Went for Echo test & found Mild TR and PAH. Does this chest discomfort is something serious? Need to know Mild TR and Mild PAH is curable? Also IAS mentioned has Breach in continuity, no blood flow accross? Did 2D echo 3 thrice before in last 9month, everything was normal. No such abnormalities. Doctor suggest TEE to do after this report.. is it of concern? Attached ECHO Reports

Chest pain sometimes (around 1 min) on the extreme left near underarms. 1. ECG - Normal 2. Echo - Normal 3. Cholesterol - Normal 4. Blood pressure - Normal Please help to understand if this is something related to heart or could be some muscle related pain?

Pls have to look to echo report. I am having left side discomfort and chest racing. But when i check heart beat is below 100

2 months ago, I felt dizziness and then I experienced heart palpitations, went to doctor ecg was normal. After that it happened again with chest pain, discomfort. So I did 2d echo which was normal too. Since then I am having daily pain on left side of my chest, sometimes shortness of breath, cold sweats as well. I again went to another MD doctor. After analyzing all of this he diagnosed me with anxiety rather than real health problem. But I am still not satisfied with it and suspect like I have a heart condition. So I want reassurance for the same. Can you please help or any suggestions?

Pls check echo, mild PAH causing concern to me as i read it might cause RHF. Does report has significant impact? What should be done for it.
