I am 30 year old male . I have history of My father mother and grandmother heart problem. So what care should I take to avoid heat attack and heart problems in early age ?????

When I move my both shoulder towards it hurts I feel like my bone is hurting I had 2 months onld baby

My echo report is almost normal- with few variations grade 1( sometimes it appears, sometimes not) , incomp. Rbbb, mild mr n tr... do these conditions count as pre existing disease or affect insurance in any manner? Ps. my recent stress echo was normal. Pls guide

Can you please take a look at my ecg. It says abnormal. The doctor first said there are minor changes then she took a troponin which was negative. I was scared about the abnormal ecg then after the blood test she said the ecg is normal then I don't why she said that there were minor changes before.

Please, look at this ecg..My father is 74 years old and he is diabetic as well as hypertensive, however both his diabetes and hypertension are in well controlled through medication. He has his ecg done as routine check up. And this came up.. GP says there's some problem with the heart but doesn't tell openly what the actual problem is.. Just asked to eliminate fried food from the diet..

I've been having frequent chest pains out of nowhere these days and shortness of breath & every now and then I'm getting ECG done every 2-3 days, I'm having cervical spondylitis and Gastris Whenever i take ECG the remarks are (Non specific T wave abnormality, Low Voltage in Chest Leads) and this makes me worry that it might lead to something serious Although i did 2d echo, TMT , HRCT Chest which came back normal 3 months ago I'm not able to go anywhere alone, thinking I'll be having cardiac arrest And chest pain really bothers me a lot Do these ecg findings ( Non specific T wave abnormality, Low Voltage in Chest Leads) are something to worry about or are these normal Findings are coming in every ecg

Sir/medam, Does sinus or cold related infection increase the heart rate??, I have a sinus infection like phlem but my heart rate increases 100 to 110 at rest .Iam using betablocker Metxl12.5 to reduce heart rate as per doctor prescription.Please clarify my doubt sir.
