Here with attached TMT report please suggest angiography is required and if yes what is the chances of stunts

Dear doctor I am suffering from skipped heartbeats ..I do echo and TMT ECG normal but in my echo report flail mitral valve leaflet.its dangerous I am facing panic attacks . doctor say nothing to worry.please check my echo report

I'm 22 year old male and I'm diagnosed with sinus arrhythmia, my cardiologist prescribed me embeta xr for 1 month. After taking medicines for a month, I got some relief(approx 80%). I want to ask if I should continue this tablet for another one month. I've read on the internet that sinus arrhythmia does not need any treatment it will go away as I get older. I will be thankful for your consultation.

My ECG had a minor variation when checked due to sudden breathlessness. Echo and TMT do not have any changes indicating coronary artery disease. Echo- LVH and dialated Ascending Aorta 4.6 CMS TMT- Negative for inducible ischemia (10.1 METS ) Other than hypertension medicines i was given a combination drug of Ecospirin 75 and Atorvastatin 20mg. Is this necessary in this scensrio, i do not have any chest pain nor my cholesterol level was checked.

Sir my age 24 weight 62. I have high bp it ranges up to 118\80 to 135\85.my doctor advised me metolar xr 25 for 1 month .but my army physical is in 15 days.can taking this medition cause some adverse effect while running or i can take it.
