Heart Problems & Remedies

Please advise is there any problem in ecg. Did ecg for normal checkup purpose . After exercise and walking my heart rate is at 125 .Having Irregular heart beat sometimes it reaches as low as 51 at rest and at times 100.

Hii All I have been avoiding stairs since last Nov 2022 becoz i had pinch type pain in chest i had undergone with all the test all are normal ECG, 2 ECHO,XRAY AND BLOOD TEST as per cardiologist but still when ever I use stairs i feel slight pain in the left chest and shoulder blade ... I am really worried about it I don't understand what is the problem ... I am really worried and i am having thing needle type pain from last 4 months ... Not able to concentrate on my personal and professional life + stop going out and stop attending frnds and family function ... Earlier I had BP issue now BP is in control .. i was over weight 98 kg wherein I reduce it to 84kg ... I had consulted 2 Cardiologist both said my reports are normal

Sir/ma'am I am obese and planning to join gym. But now days there are many cases of people getting heart attack in gym. Kindly guide how to avoid this? And should I join gym or do regular cycling? I am very much afraid of heart attack,My height is 6feet weight 100kg.

I have dizzy feeling, rapid heart beat and high BP of 150/100 and anxiety this morning I was rushed to hospital. My ECG is attached. Doctor says it's normal. But ECG says sinus tachycardia and borderline T Wave. I take olmesar M

Hello Doctor From past 10-15 i feel pain while breathing and some time it is like poking with needles. 5 day back i took ecg it mentioned sinus trachicarida and yesterday i went to hospital and again i took ecg it that mentioned slight elevation st v1 and doctor said that those result in ecg might be wrong u don't worry i may be due to gastric pain. and today also i feel some pain while breathing. He suggested pantop and atoz tablet and the doctor i consulted was general physician. Some time i feel my left shoulders also pain. What should i do know? Can u pls suggest any other alterone doctor.

I have done my lipid profile and found that I have high Colestrol level I used to drink alcohol and I am taking medicine of anxity also so is there any problem in my heart I face tightness and rapid heart beat have done ecg it shows normal so is there any problem and how to reduce my Colestrol level please suggest what to I have attached my report

Hi Nowadays many youth are suffering from sudden cardiac death under their 20's, 30's & this keeps me pondering If I'll be having such too despite my ecg, 2d echo, TMT came back normal 3 months ago but still I'm worried that I'll be having cardiac arrest and I can't get out of these thoughts My LDL is 133 HDL is 36 Total Cholesterol is 192 Non HDL is 156 HSCRP 3.59 Am i still at risk of having Cardiac arrest despite reports being normal ? Please help
