How to deal with high blood pressure for a 50 year old man. What to avoid and what to eat and what to do?

I have increased in heart rate whenever I wakeup from sleep whether morning or evening..and also have chest pain from 1 month on and off 2 months ago Have done cbc,thyroid,sugar,ecg,echo everything came out normal..except in echo it was MVP With trivial mr.. I have excess bloating and burps as well Please help me out what is the cause of increased heart rate while waking up and chest pain on and off My weight is 51..

Hi my mother recently got her lipid profile test Done she has no history of high Bp or high cholesterol She done it for regular health checkup Her parameters are as follows Cholesterol -242 mg/dl Triglycerides-210mg/dl HDL - cholesterol - 57 mg/dl LDL cholesterol -143 mg/dl VLDL cholesterol - 42mg/dl LDL/HDL ratio - 2.51 mg/dl Chol/HDL ratio -4.25 Here parameters according to report are between slightly high in cholesterol , LDL and VLDL Rest are fine Should she consult a doctor for this regarding any medication or any serious lifestyle changes As of now she takes no meds or any has any existing conditions

Hello...my heart beat whenever I wake up from sleep is 100 to 110...during day time it's between 80-90 and increases when I do physical activity is this normal...

Hello Dr ..i did some heart test because I was having left arm pain(Dr said it's a Muscular pain) ECG is NOT normal But ..TMT and 2d echo is completely Normal Should i do strength training in gym I am really confused now I have attached reports please see and Pleas answer Thanks is advance

The attached is a repeat ECG. An ECG taken on 6-March showed variation in II, III, aVF leads. Is this ECG normal. The physician given Ecosporin 150 and advised Trop T and Echo, even if Trop T negative. Difficulty experienced is Left lower jaw discomfort moving to left hand today early morning lasted for around half hour. Hypertensive since 15+ years under treatment.
