I am 20 years old female, Since past few months I have chest pain and sometimes my heart started beating fast So in August I got an echo done echo was normal,but the chest pain continues, So this morning I got my lipid profile checked, So please check and tell me is my lipid profile is normal because I am really worried that my heart's artery has blockages, so please tell me is it possible to have blockages with normal lipid profile or I should go for stress test for heart, because everyone in my family is telling you heart is fine 20 years old doesn't have heart problems. So, what should I do please help me. I BEG PLEASE HELP. I AM ATTACHING BOTH MY ECHO AND LIPID TEST REPORT. PLEASE HELP

I heard in TV news  that people in their forties and even younger people who looks so fit and work out daily in Gym like Sidharth Shukla, Sushmita Sen, singer KK are getting heart attack as they take steroids at gym for increasing stamina and to look fit. What are steroids? I have vitamin b12 and vitamin D deficiency and have been taking it for 5 months. Can taking these suppliments for long time cause heart problems? I also gets palpitations while sleeping occassionally and pulse rises to 120. So i am very scared of getting heart attack. Should I stop taking vitamin suppliments? I take methycobal 1000 mcg per day and uprise D3 once a week. Now my vitamin B12 is 311 and vitamin D is 30.3.

Am experiencing prickling pain in both side of my chest and I feel it prickles more at night time when I lie down for sleep. When tested in past I had high Cholesterol is this due to that?

I am a customer of MB, underweight guy, 29 yrs, 1 hour workout in morning, it's been 2 months I've been ordering regularly and consuming products like PRE WORKOUT POWDER ( immediately after consumption i am experiencing constipation, as i workout in morning, so on empty stomach i consume, still i am continuing to consume as energy necessary for workout), intra workout powder and post workout powder, also MB oats... My concern is it is threatening to see everyday across in world, in news, people are dying due to cardiac arrest, suffering heart diseases, brain aneurysm, kidney stones.... AS I AM NOT SUFFERING ANY, I AM HEALTHY, I DON'T HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS. I am gaining weight also and product is working well on me. My concern is *IS IT SAFE TO CONTINUE USING PROTEIN POWDER OF MB? Hello All, Please help me with solution i am working in insurance sector wherein stress is very high, on 26th Nov 2022 i had a panic attack which I was not aware of I went to Cardiologist he run many BLOOD TEST...2D ECHO ... DONE ECG 2 TIMES everything was normal as said by the Cardiologist but I was still having needle pinching pain in my chest then I went to another cardiologist he also said the same thing but same time he told me I am suffering from Anxiety and had Panic Attack he gave me medicine for Anixety,I am taking medicine for Anixety from last 20 days but sometime still I feel needle stubbing chest pain i am very much fraustated and not able to concentrate on my work and i feel very suffocating when I travel sometime feel like no to go to office or resign from the office and sit at home ... Please suggest what shld i do

I have burning sensation since 4-5 days in the left side of the chest. Also pain feels all over the left side and burning sensation. It mostly feel nore when lying down. Heart palpitations is constant since 5-6 days.also have Extreme Gasses and acidity. Pain and heaviness at the left armpit area and and side neck. Having low bo since 4-5 days. And light headedness and weakness. Heavy Breathing in a while. Very much confused whether it is heart related or gastric.
