2 months back was having chest pain and occasionally increase in heart rate so took ecg and echo which came out normal in echo it was MVP with trivial mr Then my doctor prescribed me metxl 25 to control heart rate and bp it was under control But from 2 days iam having cold and iam in a stress situation as my grandfather is serious from today again my heart rate is above 100..is this because lf stress

Hi Doctor Feeling palpitations but when i check with oxymeter it comes between 70-95. Bp is 105/70. But feeling very weakness & puking sensation since morning. Had ecg & echo in January. Both are normal.

Please anyone help me 😭 From last year august i am suffering from dyspnea & tingling sensation all over body and muscle cramps because of some cough medicines reaction stopped medicines but dyspnea & tingling sensation and muscle cramps cannot getting better so i start using syncrobreath inhaler for one month but not much satisfaction so i stopped using it after stoping inhaler after some days i get problem of some episodes of tachycardia and hypertension currently my symptoms are episodes of tachycardia, hypertension, dyspnea and tingling sensation all over body with hand muscle cramps. My full body tests - Spirometry (Normal), Chest x ray (Normal) , ECG (High pulse rate), HRCT chest (Old scarring) , Nose ct ( deviated nasal septum & minimal sinusitis) ,Sputum test (Normal) , Thyroid ( Normal) , Lipid profile (Almost normal), CBC ( eosniophillia 11.5%) , Sugar (Normal), Vitamin d (12.5 low) , uric acid (8.20 high) , serum protein (8.10 high), igE (normal), 2d echo (Normal) HELP ME 🙏
