Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello doctors , Please help me. I'm going through these phases of anxiety and fear very oftenly. The reason for my anxiety is that, now a days , every other day i hear young people below 40 years or even below 30 years are suffering cardiac arrest, heart attacks and i see it almost everyday in the news. This is become my cause of anxiety and trauma. I'm scared to do even normal workouts which I used to do daily. Please please please doctors with folded hands i request you to throw some light on this topic, is this because of some undiagnosed heart conditions, or it can happen to anyone even with completely healthy heart. What are the symptoms.. i kindly request you to please reply to this . As this is happening a lot these days and everytime I see or hear anything related to heart it causes my anxiety.

I use to smoke for 1 and half year how much harm will it do and how long it will take to harm me and how to get rid of it

In my last yearly tests,the LVEF in 2d echo test is 60% now it has seen in report as LVEF as 56%, the cardiologist who performed test has said it is normal. I am doing intense exercise which includes jogging,instead of increase why  it has come down,please suggest or do i need to take any tests,my height is 183 and weight is 83 kgs..

I am having prequent episode of left side chest pain and chest heaviness, sweating, left hand pain and irregular heart beat ( like pausing or skipping beat). Did several ecg, echo, TMT all are normal. This is happening for past 2years. I am very health anxious and these making think all through out the day I am taking concor1.25 mg morning and evening My recent TMT showed heavy PVC in recovery stage by I dnt feel anything during a 11 min excercise stage. Do this is life threatening???

What causes chest pain if ecg and echo are normal...done ecg 2 times in 2 months and echo shows MVP trivial mr...can any one help out what causes chest pain..

During govt medical checkup my ECG shows sinus tachycardia with t inversion in inferior leads... doctors were saying nothing to worry about, but I'm really worried...is it a heart disease...btw I have no symptoms ..i submit my ECG reports

Is repeat echo necessary after 1 month 6 month and 1 year after my child atrial septal defect surgery. My pediatric cardiologist suggested it is not necessary your child is ok.

I was asleep and around 4:45am I woke up with extreme fluttering and jerks in my chest. Immediately I took ecg on my iwatch and it showed atrial fibrillation. Can you please review the ecg and suggest the next course of action. Also 3 days prior I had holter monitoring done and there was no sign of afib in it.

I have given blood test after workout and results are showing high cholesterol values. Does excersise impact my cholesterol level results.

Respect sir Actually I suffering for coivid 2nd way striods used  and i am fat person and i having phofiba also... My weight 140kgs now Regarding heart noissues for me But when I seeing TVs and mobiles regarding this heart's issue i am very scared about this heart issues... So my question is when I have to go for TMT test required... Some time i getting my right hand pani at that time some times i taken ECG it's normal..... Now which test i need for my further tertement thanks
