Heart Problems & Remedies

My mother age is 48 years. She is having high bp and Type II diabetis. For High BP and Diabetis she is using: Telma 20 mg one per day, Ecosprin 75/10 per day and Gyliphage 500 mg one per day. We performed ECG, 2d Echo and Collestrol test 5 months back as part of routine checkup. Doctors told those are normal. I am attaching her reports for the reference. From 10 days onwards she is feeling pain in Her upper back and chest pressure after little bit of work and after some hours of sitting. Is these pains related to heart? Please suggest. Can we have heart problem if our echo and chollestrol is in normal range.

My sister has svt problem. She is on calaptin sr 200. But she is not comfortable with that medicine. So 3 days before we went cardiologist. Doctor did an ecg and changed the medicine (metoprolol 50). Doctor said ecg is within normal limits. But I saw some abnormalities in ecg. Please tell me is this ecg normal or abnormal or anything serious. ( I attached ecg)

Hi, Faced ocassional irregular heart-beats sometimes, post which took Holter as suggested. Attached is report. Please review. I am already on Starpress XL25, Thyronorm and Rozat5. Have also anxiety related that I have some heart issue. Echo and ecg done six months earlier came normal.

Hi Doctor From last week i have been having pinching pain in left arm, stiff neck & middle + under left chest pain. 2 months ago i had ecg & 2d echo which are normal. What is the cause & how i get rid of this pain? Also i have started walking from last week but my pulse goes up to 135 pm , although it comes down to 80-85 after sometime when i sit down. Everytime the pain increases it scares me if it's heart related.

Sir.for the past one and half month i am having heart pounding sensation.its like a heart dhad sensation  a beat for one second and goes automatically.it is occurring daily 4 or 5 times.my resting heart rate is 100 for the past 3years and it goes to 125 when i do any work.my 2d echo is normal.holter report is attached...this heart dhad sensation worrying me much.kindly help me what to do now.

My dad 52 had high cholestrol. He was on statins for 3 months and after leaving statins for 1.5 months this is the report.

Whenever he wakes up feels dizzy head nd bp high and feeling weakness in her body, he also feel back pain in his shoulder nd back , he was almost well but suddenly he try to wake up nd walk but not wake up from bed .
