Heart Problems & Remedies

In last 2 year i took 10 ecg and all the ecg report were normal but still i have heart attack fear. Rathar than ecg i took 2 echo test, 2 tmt, 2 chest xray last year these reports also normal. Whenever mild pricking pain (which lasting for fraction of second) happened in my left chest i started fear about my heart. Due to this iam living with unhappy.. can't be enjoying the life moments.. My last ecg taken on dec 31st 2022. Please see the reports and advise me doctors.

I m suffering from cerebral venous sinus thrombosis since 2019.many times ECG done and 3 times 2 D echo done. 2 D Echo and TMT done in November 2022 which is normal... And brain MRI done in march,2022 .. Is normal but my BP is between 130...140/82...92 and my pulse rate... Between 85...106 per min.

Please echo report are there any abnormalities in echo report angioplasty done five years ago please suggest advise

Hi doctor, my husband got his lipid profile checked and the numbers are pretty high, however he doesn't drink alcohol, neither red meat, smoke nothing,.. I am attaching the reports, can you suggest next steps

Sometimes feeling pain in my chest like needle and like some one pull my chest inside  with needle sharply ( it's for 1 sec).

Current Symptoms : Chest tightness, chest heaviness, shortness of breath, chest pain, profuse sweating, dizziness, left hand heaviness and left shoulder pain. Conventional coronary Angiography report attached. Recent ECG attached.

I'm feeling pain and sometimes burning sensation on my left side shoulders neck and arm often and the pain goes off by itself after resting for sometime. ECG and 2D ECHO is normal I'm experiencing this for the past 6months . I walk 10k steps everyday don't have shortness of breath or cold sweat but I do have heartburn sometimes and it goes off after taking antacid. This might be because of any heart related issue?

Hello Doctors, Once I had anxiety n panic issues since then having acidity n shortness of breathe while taking stairs or physical activity, mostly i feel gas surrounded in my chest area then i have to burb explicitly to pass out gas from chest then will feel little relaxed, this is happening mainly on exertion time, usually my heart bpm will be normal 65bpm but physical activity it is 150 bpm n ofcourse gas formation is high in my chest, I have consulted many cardiologist to rule out cardiac issues all test like ECG EEG TMT came normal I have done this tests many times since mind is not calming down many doctors suggested to take counseling but need an answer for this and I'm not like this before i used to jog n involved in physical activity a lot but now completely stopped due to this reason. Hoping I ll get a solution from your experiences doctors. TIA

I visited a Doc(offline) for anxiety and increased heart beat. He prescribed: Dilzem 60: morning and night Vilazine 40: night Espra Dsr: empty stomach I started same since evening, and had Dilzem and Vilazine over gap of 2 hrs. But 1 hr after talking Vilazine felt uncomfortable and vomit happened. What may be the reason? Drug interaction? (I am unable to reach consulting doc as he is out of town). Please guide

I am 27, my height is 5feet 7 inch weight 72 kg, I have blood pressure of 140/90, i have done all tests like thyroid, ultrasound of stomach.. , urine test, blood test etc all normal, earlier I was obese 90 kg and sedentary lifestyle, which blood pressure medication is best for me?
