Left chest and middle chest pain

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi, I'm Having pain in right side chest and middle chest frequently and sometimes in left side. i have also done ecg 2 time which was normal 2 times and also done the chest x-ray which was also normal. I'm having confusion it's a chest pain or any heart related issue. for now i'm feeling some bad smell in mouth, burps, some times breathing difficulties and acidity also taken treatment for acidity but still having pain please guide next step

Please get a complete physical examination done by a physician to exclude other causes of chest pain. Could be due to acid dyspepsia. Could be psychogenic as well.
