Hello doctors, can you please interpret and explain attached my mom's x ray report? Is it something serious? She is 79. Cancer patient in remission since 2015.

I'm 31, male, 55 kg. Having pain in left chest in middle or upper sometimes. I started to feel that from February 2022 but decided to manage it via exercise and diet but the pain could come or go or sometimes no pain. So again in this month February 2023 I'm feeling pain same chest area along with occasional pain in lower tricep area of left arm , feeling dizziness from past 1-2 week just like I'm about to fall every other minute. Only feel bit better when I sleep with close my eyes. Little bit pain in left jaw as well today. I'm not sure what to do, please help.

Routine checkup doctor detect murmur & echo done everything comes normal except MR trace - mild .. is this is the reason of heart murmur? But doc says it's normal but still he again detect heart murmur after 5 months..

I have been taking ciplar la 20 and beta anxit 20 from a year. Now i have started tapering the medicine. I was taking half of beta anxit 20 and one ciplar la 20 a day from last 2 months. Now i had stopped beta anxit 20 from 3 days but today I still felt that huge anxiety symptoms i.e spinning in head for 10 seconds. So what should I do now. My doctor had told me to tapering the medicine. Should I doing it correctly?

Hi Sir, Last night i got blacked out for almost 15-20 min, couldn't see anything, felt very uneasy, couldn't breathe properly, my hands were shaking and couldn't speak properly, I got too scared because pf this. I've no history of any illness as of now , this all happened when I worked out in gym for 30 min snd that too with very light weights, more of warm up exercises as I resumed gym after 3 years so was just warming up. Kindly advise if this is something serious and I need to see a doctor

I am suffering with Atrial fibrillation and taking blood thinner Rivaban 15 mg per day for 26 months. Questions: Question 1:  Is there any side effect or ill effect if blood thinner is taken for long time or whole life? Question 2; Is there any permanent treatment for AF or it is life long problem? Question 3: Is Rivaban best tablet for blood thinner? Answer all 3 questions?

My current echo shows aorta diameter of 3.3 cm, and in my previous echo(taken a year back), the diameter of the aorta is 2.2 cm. I have marfan syndrome.
