I am taking Nebicard 5mg in the morning for my BP. Nowadays my Bp is little on lower side. Most of the time its showing like 100/60 and it's always below 120/80. Please advise shall I reduce the dosage by taking half tablet from 5 mg? Also my heart rate is always around 50 - 55. Is this fine?

Dear Dr. I was diagnosed with grade 1 lvdd e/a 0.79 on routine echo after that i reduced my weight 100 to 80kg and took some homeopathic medicine. After 4 months grade 1 lvdd don't come in my echo it came e/a 1.22 . I would like to ask will it come again . What precautions I should follow. Age 25
