Hi i am male 36. Height 5:7 weight 90 kg I live alone and I have a habbit of smoking from last 15 years alcohol very minimum. Food out side. I am attaching my recent blood reports. When I climb stairs mujhe saans foolne lagti hai. But when I work or walk even 5 km or doing exercise I don't feel any issue even my parents don't have any past issue related to heart. So why this happening to me is it related to heart.

Hi Doctor, My mother is having High BP and Cholesterol. In her annual checkup, I noticed that Lipoprotein is 48.8 mg/dl. Can you please tell me what it means ?

During rest my heart rate 60 to 100 but during little physical active like walk and driving my heart rate 110 to 135 ... One year before taken echo it's normal... What should I do

Heart feeling warm from the inside and outside as well. Happened once few months ago. Started happening again few days back. Feels normal after waking up, but then starts again sometime during the day.

I need help. I took 1 bactrim DS an antibiotic (Sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for a boil. (Boil is gone) .Post 36 hours of taking it, My head started spinning and i starting having terrible palpitations. I read about the side effects of it and most people have same side effects. It's been almost 2 days I am still experiencing the worst side effects. My symptoms ( Palpitations, head spinning) I went to hospital yesterday they gave me a hydrocort 100 mg injection but the symptoms still persist. Please tell me how can I feel better. I haven't slept the whole night.

Hello doctors 2 months back I have done 2d echo everything was normal but this time again I have done 2d echo in which it showed MVP,Trivial mr why in 2 months this change what would be the cause

Earlier triglycerides was 510 now after 20 days of finolip-145 my triglycerides reduced to 121...should i stop medicine now?? I m in so much anxiety ...can't sleep...my mind is always googling about triglycerides...is it really dangerous for long term..I can't focus on anything ....is it common problem or only me..my weight is 70 and height 5,7...

Dear Sir, I was feeling heart beat in my mind hence went to doctor. They checked my BP, it was elevated 150/95. He did ECG also. I have enclosed here. Request you to check and suggest, is this ECG fine . Thank you.

I've been recently having left side chest, arm & leg pain for seconds every now & then, Blood pressure remains 110-120 sys & 80-90 diastolic to rule out any heart problems I've done several ecg, 2d echo & 1 Tmt everything came out normal also l've been having cervical spondylitis with GERD even though every doctor I've consulted said it's not heart related but still whenever l'm having chest & arm pain I'm having anxiety about cardiac issues Echo showed borderline concentric LVH Used to smoke a lot but now on smoking cessation since 2 years My Cholesterol is 198 LDL 137 Trigly 74 HDL 46 Trop I & Trop T came normal Heart rate remains 80-100 at rest l'm really worried about my cardiac health whenever pain comes and goes in left side Attaching my tmt & 2d echo report
