Hello Doctor, I have visible pulse at suprastrenal notch since last 5 months and pain in neck, arms, shoulders, and now radiating downwards. Does this report detect aortic anyuresym? Kindly respond

I have done all BLOOD TEST... 2D ECHO ... 2 TIMES ECG AND XRAY all reports are normal still some time I feel pain in left side and tightness on the upper side of chest for 15 to 20 min every day I am totally fed up of this from last 3 Months please help what can be the problem I had consulted cardiologist he said everything thing normal and gave me CONCOR COR 1.25 tablet ... I am here to find some solution to my problem

Hello doctor, Since last 6 months I am having this typical problem. My entire body moves in sync with the heartbeat. The cardiac pulses are visible through skin in both the hands. My abdomen also pulsates like heartbeat. I don't know what's causing all this. There is throbbing in head as well . There is prominent pulsation at suprastrenal notch, between the collar bones. All this started with the prominent pulsation. Earlier no such issues were there. Kindly advice , please
