Heart Problems & Remedies

I had a left upper back pain from last week and left arm pain from last 2 days, so i consulted a local physician who checked my BP which was 110-170 so he asked me get RBS, CBC, blood urea, creatinine and ECG tests. All report were normal but according to Ecg Sinus rhythm, Borderline left Ventricular Hypertrophy suspected, kindly suggest.

I check my blood pressure from 3 days, average it is 140/90. When i check bp continuously, second time I am get8ing 130/89. Is this harmful ? Please suggest?

Hello dr since 2 days i am getting pain near my left side chest when I lift are stretch my hands,and even right side if I sleep right side night time i get pain near right side chest. But pain will get only wen i stretch hands are bend is that a sign of heart attack dr plz tell

Yesterday i went to play cricket after soo long.. i got exhausted.. i came back home, took bath, had lunch and as my whole body was paining, i thought of taking an pain med, since i am allergic to pcm..i usually take zerodol, but since it was not available i took ibuprofen 400.. after taking  ibuprofen, few mins i started having a feeling that my pulse is getting irregular, on checking my pulse i found that my pulse is getting fast then all of a sudden slow but i was having no pain but i was very anxious and confused as if something bad is happening to me , so i thought i should visit an ED, attached ecg (first) was then taken at around 4:30 pm, and asked to get admitted for overnight observation. I am a patient of anxiety, i am on anti anxiety meds since 2 years, i have also attached ecg(second) taken today morning at 6 am and BP was around 150/100,  Plz tell me wat is wrong with me. Right now i am feeling OK. Hospital has discharged me and has prescribed ciplar LA 40 mg for 10 days

My child had gone through atrial septal defect surgery one month ago.Is it necessary to do repeat echo after doctor said that no echo is needed now.hole is closed by pericardial patch and after 4 days bed side echo was performed.do I need repeat echo now.

Can female have heart attack at the age of 25 at the menstrual period is it possible to have heart problems

I have shoulder dislocation and have undergone muscle repair surgery on 03rd March. I was on antibiotics till 11th of March. On 12th of March, i undergone some physical exertion due to a temple visit. Suddenly my heart rate gone up to 145 and I have visited emergency. Doctor checked me, did ECG, 2d echo and said no issue with heart. He said I am dehydrated. And after a saline they ahve discharged me. But from that time, my heart rate still is around 90- 100. Usually when I am at rest, it used to be around 70-80. I had 60k units of vitamin d on 12th morning. I could not get proper sleep from the day of surgery till date. The sleep is always disturbed. I need suggestion like what to do for this heart rate issue. Is it common post surgery or should I do anything. I live in Hyderabad, any suggestions are welcome. I have some anxiety issues but never took any medication

Why people are getting sudden cardiac arrest or heart attack. Even healthy person who used to do all the physical activities are getting attack. What are the possible reason and how we can prevent us from this ?
