Heart Problems & Remedies
Is Atrial Fibrillation life long disease
I am suffering with grave hyperthyroid and Atrial Fibrillation (AF) for 22 months .
I get episodes of high bp n pulse (pulse rises to over 110 and bp over 150) after a gap of 4 months, 2 months and some times after 15 days.
Question 1: is AF a life long medical problem and i have to take blood thinner and bp/pulse tablets whole life?
Queastion 2: is AF linked with grave hyperthyroid and if i get radio iodine for thyroid, will AF be cured?
Question 3: is there a device for long time monitoring of AF at home like holter machine?
Kindly answer all 3 questions.

From one month i am having racing heart beat and mild chest pain and having feeling like passing out. Immediately i contacted cardiologist. Took ecg which is abnormal but echo and tmt were normal. Doctor said nothing to worry about heart. Given some anti depressents and some muscle pain relievers. I did not believe him and showed my reports to three more doctors they said the same. Nothing to worry and take thatfeeling from your head. Still i am fearing that i will have that pain again and when think like that i am getting pain and feeling of paasing out. Is this normal?

Permanent cure for Atrial fibrillation
I was diagnosed with AF and grave hyperthyroid on 21.12.2020 ( over 2 years ago). I pulse rose to 150 when i woke up from sleep. I rushed to Medanta hospital in Gurugram ( near Delhi). They did all tests like ecg, holter, thyroid and i was told i have grave hyperthyroid which caused high pulse and AF.
My thyroid is in normal range since last 2 months.
I am taking blood thinner Rivaban 15 mg daily once a day for 2 years. Also taking dilzem SR 90 mg twice a day, eritel 40 mg twice a day and neomarcazole for hyperthyroid.
My problems now: Most of the days bp n pulse remains in normal range like 105/65 and pulse around 60 to 67.
But i gets episodes of high bp pulse in a gap of 4 month, 2 months and sometimes after 15 days.
Today morning while sleeping pulse rose to 113 and bp was 143/88.
In November pulse rose to 118 and bp was 154/98.
Question 1: is my bp n pulse episodes problem linked with Grave hyperthyroid as both were diagnosed together two years back
Question 2: Is AF a life l

My Daughter is 40 days old. Diagnosed with Single large VSD amounting to single ventricle. Severe PAH. Normally Related Great Arteries. Dialated pulmonary artery from right side of ventricle-unrestrictive. Mild AR. Moderate left AVVR. Mild right AVVR. Doctor says very complex and critical problem and suggested for multistage palliation. Any suggestions. Is there any alternative surgery possible, as multistage palliation needs a series of operation.
