Is CT coronary angiography required to find out palpitations reason? Post covid I'm palpitating badly. It's not my anxiety Can the above scan be helpful?

I'm 21 years old, male. Weight 58 kgs and height 5'8" I've no family history of heart attack and my pressure is normal and I'm lean in stature. I've a bad sleeping schedule. I've a little chest pain when I strech my left shoulder blade in a particular angle. I've done ECG two times and both the times they came as Normal. Doctor didn't recommend me to do any further ECHO or TMT tests. But I'm very pissed off about this particular thing. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Or do I have a problem with my heart?

Can a non-diabetic person who had an angioplasty surgery take Dapavel 5mg medicine 0-1-0 for improving the heart muscle. I understand this medicine is taken for Diabetes control. A Cardiologist has advised this medicine for my brother after his angioplasty surgery that was done a month ago for curing his dry cough ( coughing 2-3 times in an hour) issue. Fluid intake is max 1 l trs.

Can arjun chal powder / ayurvedic pills helps in strengthening heart muscle and reducing blockages after an Angioplasty surgery. When I asked it from a cardiologist he said you can take it, but it doesn't help anything.

I am 27 year girl with mostly high pulse rate in between 90-110. have history of hyperthyroidism from 2020-2022. stopped medication 4-5 months ago. sometimes feel chest pain. took nebivolol for 14 days to control pulse rate.(not continued anymore). ecg atteched. is it something to worry about or not. thank you. i will be glad by your kind reply and consideration.

Sir i have done ecg routine first time and the technician said you have lahb ..later cardiologist said you have LAD -33 degree only which not suggestive of LAHB. Iam attaching ecg pls see

I am suffering from high bp I use to take mukta vati but in a regular check up doc. Prescribed met xl 25 after taking one tab I felt very weak so I left that and after that day it is difficult to sleep I have to take deep breathing while sleeping and chest pain fast heart beat I am very worried with little of exertion I have fast heartbeat I am very worried plz. I m having symptoms like left hand pain,chest lil squeezing,and back pain too,some times jaw pain,bt I dont have any stress, so I thought its a muscle pain bt I heard about this test and given blood test in Apollo lab,and the report is attached ,please check and have tested covid for two times,from that onwards having this issues and taken medicine for blood thinners too
