I did a TMT Test 3 days ago, and I was on a 15-days Inderal LA 40mg dose. Could reach 78% of THR at the peak exercise moment after about 7 minutes. Is propranolol the reason behind not reaching 85% THR as required in the TMT Test? Kindly suggest, thank you.

I have average BP of 135/90 and HR around 100. Doctor suggested to take concur 5mg for 15days. I took it for 1 day but need second opinion if it is necessary or is it fine if I stop it? Are there any side effect of stopping it after only 1 dose?
