Cholestrol increased by 160 I have heart issue as well. Sometime I got pain in my heart and its genetic.

Hi doctor, We are seeing million of sudden heart attacks death in india in last few year. Not sure if it is related to covid vaccine or covid booster. Even non of government authority is showing any concern on this at all. So as a individual normal people, what test should we do to check if we are normal at heart conditions?? I am 32 yesr old male with 93 weight. I have prediabatic hsbc 6.2( checked 8 mobth back). I am non veg eater and eat only chicken mostly. I do very less execersise. I am hypochondriac anxities paitent and takinb medciine for same since 2 years. I sweats lot when havinv food. Please suggest tests need to do??

Doctor said I have dilated Ascending Aorta 46mm. Advised to stay away from weight lifting type exercises and do brisk walking or medium  aerobic exercises. Is it really an issue . I am taking Concor 5mg.
