A complete physical examination and a review of your chest X ray, ECG and Echo are needed to opine regarding the cause of your problem and whether or not it is related to the heart. Thank you.

Hello,
Since your ECG and Echo are normal there is no need to worry immediately. At your age, chances of heart attack are as such very low. Common causes of shortness of breath are
1. Obesity
2. Anemia
3. Asthma
4. Anxiety
You need to consult for further evaluation
Take care
