Need to know Mild TR and Mild PAH is curable? Also IAS mentioned has Breach in continuity, no blood flow accross
Did 2D echo 3 thrice before, everything was normal
Doctor suggest TEE to do after this report.. is it of concern?

Mild TR is a physiological thing. Breach in IAS continuity can be due to thinned out portion which shows as breach on echo. Considering mild pulmonary hypertension, I would also suggest you to go for TEE to rule out Atrial Septal Defect (ASD). But, there is nothing to worry about at present. The probability of having ASD is very less and even though there is ASD, it is not very significant so do not worry. At the end, these reports need to be correlated with your symptoms as we want to treat patients not the reports. I hope I have cleared your doubts.
