1. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week which includes either brisk walk or jogging or cycling or swimming or hiking
2. Keep your BMI < 25
3. Avoid saturated fats, junk food, alcohol and smoking
4. Have high fiber diet
