Hello Doctors, I've anxiety of heart attack, i check my bpm every now and then. From today morning i felt my heart beat is fast so i checked it by putting my hand on chest and counting the beats. A week back i had burning sensation which started from chest and spreaded to whole body. I immediately went to emergency room they checked my ecg which was normal, i did troponin test as well which showed negative. Please keep in mind that I've gas issues. I'm an active person i play cricket l, i walk average 3KMs everyday. And while doing any physical activity i never feel out of breath or tired. Sometimes i do get slight of pain between the are of left shoulder and chest, which last for 1-2 seconds. I smoke 9-10 cigarettes everyday. 1) My question is why i feel the pain between chest and shoulder. 2) How the get rid of anxiety of cardiac arrest. 3) What modifications i can do in my lift to keep my heart healthy.

From past 2 years I have done all test required but still worried ,My blood pressure is always 100/70 or 105/73 sometimes I feel very tired and weak will get full body pain sometimes il be fine I'm much worried and checking my blood pressure always kindly help me should u get consulted with doctor

Hey cardiologists, Good afternoon from this side. I have a one question regarding ECG when its done. Why technicians tell to stop your breath. Dont inhale or exhale during ecg reading has to be taken?

What is Resting heart rate? Whether it is while sitting still or while walking around the house? My HR while sitting still is 70-80 and while walking around the house is 100. Is this normal? My ecg, echo, blood test and thyroid all r normal..

My father's BP today is 136/64, he's experiencing headache on left side along with thrombing sensation from 3,4 days. He's under BP, Cholestrol and Kimel Xl 25 medication. Is it normal headache?
