MILD TR AND PAP 26 mmHg + RAP
Got minor abnormality in small airways in Pulmonary function test in January because of shortness of breath Had medicines and got recovered but shortness of breath was presisting Got ecg , it was a normal Got echo a week ago There was mild TR and PAP 26 mmHG + RAP Consulted a pulmonologist, he advised to repeat PFT because lungs issue takes time to settle I just want to know can this lungs issue be the reason of Mild TR and If we treat this lung problem , can this Mild TR be reversible What is the probability Please check my echo report too if it's normal or not ?
