Hi my ef is 58 and other all are normal can u please say whether it is normal or not I will be waiting for your reply I should join the gym so I have a border level cholesterol so sir pls reply

I had an ECG yesterday; it showed sinus tachycardia and poor r wave progression, but my doctor said there is no need for further investigation. I also have cholelithiasis, but my heart is above 100, and I have anxiety issues as well. What does "r wave progression" mean? Is there any need for further investigation? I am 23 years old.

(If bp is around 130-150/90+100) which is the best way to go assuming all heart reports are normal(ecg, 2d echo, tmt, lipid, renal doppler, and lft)As for ambp it looks more like a quick decision to start bp meds or not. But that can be tricky if bp was increased due to lack of physical activity which can be controlled in a few weeks with exercise(walking) so starting bp meds based one day readings does not seem good if the person does not have bp. So will monitoring with exercise daily for a few weeks will be a good option?

2 months back was having chest pain and occasionally increase in heart rate so took ecg and echo which came out normal in echo it was MVP with trivial mr Then my doctor prescribed me metxl 25 to control heart rate and bp it was under control But from 2 days iam having cold and iam in a stress situation as my grandfather is serious from today again my heart rate is above 100..is this because lf stress

Attaching my ECG which was done on 06.12.22 i was feeling uneasy due to prolonged sitting in car along with tingling, dizziness and sweating so i went to doctor straight away and Ecg showed 1. Abnormality in Anterolateral Leads Doctor told me it might be because of anxiety After that I've done my TMT test which was negative Anything to worry about ECG findings?
