Heart Problems & Remedies

Past 2 years I has frequent/constant chest pain and frequent palpitation like skipping beats. Did lots of blood test, echo and TMT.Finally did a CT angio. Could someone clear me the findings by English reading I presume nothing serious but highlighted statement in the report make me concerned Thanks in advance

I have been feeling chest and back pain for more than 2 weeks. The pain comes and goes and makes me uncomfortable.it feels like pain is traveling from my chest to back.  Also, from 2-3 days, I have headaches and am feeling low in energy. I am not sure if it's muscle pain or some other health condition, and what type of doctor should I see. Please help me with this. Thanks

I faced sudden heart racing in the night while sleeping. I don't have diabetes. I had done a routine check of ECG / TMT in the month of July 22 and all was clear. Last night when I was sleeping I felt as if my heart is racing to fast and I felt uncomfortable. I took one anxiety medicine and then I felt better and fell asleep.

I have MVP with trivial mr..due to this I am afraid of my heart and anxious that anything could happen to my heart..

I have cough and dry cold issue this my ct scan report pls let me knw if any serious issue . As per report : Minimal fibrotic changes in the lateral segment of the right middle and anterior basal segment of the left lower lobes.
