I attached the echo report. Please tell me what leakage is mentioned and how serious it is? The vsd size getting small from the previous report. It was 2.5 when he was 1 month but now it is very small but comes close it valve. Please clarify

I sometimes feel pain in left and mid chest. And sometimes at my right upper chest and in arm pit. When i walk sometimes pain occurs and if will run i feel shortness of breath and feels like my lungs have swollen. I do have anxiety as well. With anxiety i feel like im dying, i get this feeling like i will faint and my soul will left my body. My heart races and i become more nervous with anxiety. I have stomach problems too but I don't have pain in my stomach but acid reflux and my burps get stuck then i feel like my heart is aching so bad. I did echo test as well. That was normal. TMT was normal as well. ECG were normal. But i don't know what is the main problem. My enzymes in liver are at higher side. I had many tests only SGPT and SGOT are at higher levels. Rest i did many test those are negative. If there is anyone who can help me out. Please revert me back.

Hi experts, I'm on metolar xr 25 earlier and bp was keeping around 140/90(max) and pulse around 60-70 all day but I feel my heartbeat all the time. If I'm sitting quietly I can feel them else not. Are these palpatations scary or is this normal? Thanks

Hi My blood pressure always remains 110 - 120 systolic and 80-90 diastolic always (never below 80 or 90) along with high heart rate (resting rate of 80-90 BPM ) all of my heart reports are normal along with blood reports I'm also facing problems of cervical spondylitis and GERD After any meal i take my heart rate increases to 100-110 should i be worry about my diastolic pressure and heart rate as diastolic bp always stays arouund 80-90 and heart rate Please help me out

I am a lupus patient since 16 years and taking HCQS 200 daily. I don't have issues with organs and all my blood reports including kidney function and liver function and bloody sugar and esr are all normal. ECG is normal but I have sinus tachycardia which is managed by Dilzem capsule. 4 years back I started high blood pressure and was on Dilzem CD 120 in morning and Dilzem SR 90 at night but bo never went below 140/90. Recently BP measured 150/100 and dose adjusted as Dilzem CD 120 twice daily (1 -01) It has been one week now with this dosage but bp is still 150/100 and sometimes 140/97 and sometimes 155/110. I will be consulting my cardiologist again but I just like to get some suggestions about whether the medicine should be changed.

I had a left upper back pain from last week and left arm pain from last 2 days, so i consulted a local physician who checked my BP which was 110-170 so he asked me get RBS, CBC, blood urea, creatinine and ECG tests. All report were normal but according to Ecg Sinus rhythm, Borderline left Ventricular Hypertrophy suspected, kindly suggest.

I check my blood pressure from 3 days, average it is 140/90. When i check bp continuously, second time I am get8ing 130/89. Is this harmful ? Please suggest?
