My cholesterol level is 232,triglycirides 133,hdl 41,ldl 160,vldl 27,col hdl ratio 5.7,ldl hdl ratio 3.9. Blood sugar remains around 90,BP 130/85. I am doing a  business in which i work with the labourers for 7 hours a day. Do i need any medication, am i at risk of heart diseases or stroke
