Should I stop concor am2.5

Asked for Male, 44 Years

Since 2 years back, doctor prescribed me concor am2.5 for high blood pressure my BP was 155/90 for 3,4 days, all ecg, echo reports were normal. Last 2 years I am taking this medicine and i am monitoring my BP frequently reading is always across 120/79 . My question is should I stop this medicine and also I do workout for 1:30 hr. regularly.

Hello.Ur blood pressure is under control with medicine,if u stop medicine ur blood pressure will again shoot up. If ur having any side effects with usage of above medicine we can Change. ur medicine is also low dose,so mostly it's safer to continue.if blood pressure is going below 110/60 or ur feeling weak and giddiness,we can decrease dosage.
