My father recently had an annual health package and in the 2d echo report it was stated as MILD HYPOKINESIA OF BASAL POSTERIOR WALL. Could you suggest what needs to be done and is it normal? His age is 63yrs and is hypertensive and using Bisoheart am 5mg tab daily in the morning. Attached echo report for your reference

Suddenly my mother feeling so pain at left shoulder and left hand . The pain was slowly getting into the heart by shoulder. While breathing a small pain was getting into the heart.

I am suffering from Cardiophobia. Have done more than 10 ECGs in 2 years. 3 eco and 2 treadmill tests. All are normal. Also done Calcium Cardiac Scan and the score is 0. But still I constantly worry about heart attack and cardiac arrest. I am scared to go for walking or going to gym. Can't perform regular day-to-day activites due to such fear. I check my pulse multiple times a day. My resting heart rate is 62 to 68. Can anyone help how to get rid of Cardiophobia?

For last 2 years I am suffering from spikes of high heart rates and blood pressure spikes. I was on bisoprolo for 1.5 month now off medicine since 1 month. I have done several ecgs in past all came normal But from last 2 days because of chest heaviness I did 2 ecg both has some abnormalities.

My father had a minor stroke back in 2004 after that few months ago he was having breathing issue so we went to doctor...doctor told to do angiography...in angiography there are multiple blockages and angioplasty won't do any good so doctor told to do bypass...I want to know is bypass surgery safe for my father?

Hello dr as we are seeing so many case of heart attack in young generation n even girls women's now a days seeing this I am getting panic . If I get gastric pain allso I get panic n I have migrain with visual aura n throbbing head n gread gastric since 2 years I was under medication and since 6 months I am not taking any medicine. I have pain in left chest since 2 years left chest pain ,back left upper pain.  tention my mind is always thinking something. I always fear that may be my heart has some problem.
