Experiencing severe symptoms of heart failure like shortness of breath, palpitations, heavy sweating, dizziness and syncope, mild swelling in extremities, very low urine output, fluctuating blood pressure, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite etc.
Doctors have doubt that i might have mitochondrial disease and subsequent heart failure. 2D echo has done and it shows near normal LVEF (60%).
What is the diagnostic test to diagnose mitochondrial disease related heart failure? What is the treatment for it?
