My father had his Angioplasty last week and he is also diabetic. For two days, he is not having proper bowel movements. Can we give him Dulcoflex for easy bowel movement

We have done all tests ECG, echo and holter and thyroid. it's shows normal.Heart rate goes up often with little movement above 100 and after sitting it goes down to 55 from 100 in a minute.sometimea it goes below 50 also while sitting.or lying down. Is it normal? When heart rate goes high head tightness happens. What could be the reason if the reports are normal? Any other tests needed? Please help.

I'm diabetic and on medication from past 10+ years (currently on Tab. Gemer) My recent ECG shows LAFB. Previous ECG's always had left axis deviation but many said it's not of a concern. But now this turned into a block. Is this something dangerous ? What can be done to control/ cure this? I never had BP. It's always b/w 110-120sbp/70-80dbp. Echo was done in 2018 which was normal (mild concentric LVH)  but ECG had LAD. Pls help me with this.. What other tests are to be done and what is the treatment. Are there any risks this may cause in the future ?

Sir/medam My perfusion index(PI) shows 10 to 15 on oximeter most of times. Some times 5 to 10. Is not normal?? What is the normal range?? Of PI.

What is the cause of persistent muscular pain after angioplasty. Angioplasty was done one month back. The muscular pain is in both arms but becomes less after taking ULTRACET.
