Pounding..And in 2-3 years ago we check Ecg Show Arythmia And Echo normal..that happen sometimes and go...Any serious? Brother age 19 years, my father have this problem in Childhood and My family have problem and. brother have anxiety.

I am 38 years old on bp medication from last April 2022. Revlol xl 25mg once daily, Sartel 20 twice daily. My present resting bp at evening ranging between 124-67 and 116-58. Pulse rate 55 - 67. Is it normal or i need to change medication??
