My mother 57 year old and she is hypertensive diabetic patient. She is on metoprolol 50 mg treatment once a day. She has leg edema so chlorthalidone 12.5 mg started 1 month ago. Sunday she has palpitation and chest pain so we went trauma and there is a change in ECG so physician suggested to Coronary angiography and it was normal. Few investigations done few days ago. Coronary angiography, echo, kidney profile, venous doplar, tsh are normal. Serum potassium is slightly low 3.18 ( normal range starts with 3.50). Today I measured Blood pressure of her twice 108/51 : 1st reading She doesn't have any symptoms of hypotension like dizziness, fainting or any other symptoms. I mean to say I have asked r u feeling normal or not ? She said I am okay. Then I suggested to drink limbu Pani with salt Measured BP again after 10 minutes Reading: 102/57 Do we need to worry? When to rush for the hospital ? Which symptoms are dangourus signs for hypotension that make necessary to go hospital?

Iam suddenly feeling jerk in heart, a sudden beat at 11pm time from three days, when I checked with local doctors they are telling gastric, since bp levels and pulse is normal, I have sensation in my upper back from more than 3 months, do it heart ache symptoms or anemia or vitamin deficiency or gastric pls let me know.

Dear sir please tell me is lipid profile normal?? I got lipid profile test yesterday ...do I need to start medication??

Hi sir My name is Pavan and I was asked by doctor to take metxl 20 mg tablet once a day  for my blood  pressure  and yesterday  after  having coffee  immediately  when my bp was checked it was on higher side  165 /90 but later on it got reduced to 145/80 and  it is still at this level only ,can u pls let me know is this because of coffee or should I change my blood pressure medicine

I am male 37 age,5"11 height and weight 89 kgs , from last 2 years i am using Tazloc beta 25mg, rosuvas 10 mg, Last week I faced headache and short ness of breath, cardiologist changed my BP tablet starpress-3d 25/12.5 ,in hospital my BP around 165/95, doctor suggested that daily check BP in home ,my question is 1)how to reduce BP naturally 2)at what time i check my BP daily, how many times (any specific time)

Some say below 120/80. I mean Every person and their body is different then how can everyone have bp around 120/80. Can 10-15mg more or less make any difference? I mean we are not robots right so that every time our bp should be 120/80.  And some says 100-140/60-90 is also normal. So what is correct And which readings need medication. Suppose if a person all heart test are normal (ecg, 2d echo, tmt, lipid) and has fluctuating bp (115-150/70-90) due to anxiety then how long can he try with diet modification or exercise before going for medication. And can anxiety bp Fluctuation really need medication? Also thought about taking ambp but anxiety about bp phobia is there so it might not help much and may lead to false hypertension diagnosis. Plz advice what to do.

My Echocardiogram report mentions MILD PAH ( TR Vmax 3.12 m/s TR max PG 39.05 mm HG ) MILD TR RV~39+RAP Echo taken due to ECG variation and mild breathlessness. Cardiologist said no problem for heart. But my primary physician told reason for MILD PAH is to be ruled out or is this age related? Kindly requesting your suggestion. My BP is in 145-150/95 range .

My LDL cholestrol increased to 199 and VLDL to 35, HDL 53 and  Total cholestrol 222 in my latest lipid profile test in May23. In Jan23 my LDL cholestrol was 146, VLDL was 18 and total cholestrol was 196. Can I reduce my cholestrol by lifestyle improvement or will I have to take statins?

I am feeling chest pain while sleeping . Having disturbed sleep. Is it heart attack symptoms?? Please provide suggestions
