Hi My blood pressure is showing 150 to 160 range ,and am bp patient taking stamlo 2.5 mg , should I revise medication

My age is 27yrs and am post covid patient recently I have checked my heart condition 2D ECHO and TMT and results were normal .But still dont know why am getting palpitations when am at rest even when am in happy mood also am observing light palpitations due to that am unable to sleep properly.
