  4. Troponin level. If it's cardiac or not?

Hi, I felt chest pressure, short of breath and dizziness 4days ago and called medic in USA. They did some basic tests like ECG and said normal. I asked my doctor to order troponin. The value is 12ng/L where as reference level is
